First of all: DONT GET A PAYDAY LOAN
Second: they don't actually view your id. The id number is solely for purposes of being able to track you down if you don't pay.

I took out a loan and now can't pay it back bc of medical bills leaving me in bad debt. i don't know what to do. I need another loan but i have no credit. so I can't get a real loan. But all the payday loans online just lead me to application after application... never landing me in the final stage to get the loan. .... what do i do???
also, I am like 2 weeks late in paying this back and they keep calling me. What should I do with this? will they come get me? What will happen? And I have an account w/ a credit union and they denied me b/c of my non-existant credit hist. I'm stuck!

First of all, STOP all those applications, they are lowering your credit score, too many inquiries will do this.
Second, stay away from payday loans, they will own you and your loan will cost far more then what you borrowed.
You would be better off joining a credit union first (if you are not already a member) and apply for a personal loan.
They are easier to work with.

I am in dire need of a quick loan and am looking for a place to do it online that will not send me through thirty applications and get nowhere. Anyone know of any sites that I can fill out one application and get the loan

I've been exhausting myself for the past 3 days doing online applications for loans and payday loans that just seem to send me to more payday loan applications, i've filled out probably 500 payday loan applicatins and several bank loan applications which all got declined. I have an emergency in which i have to travel IMMEDIATELY, i do not need much money, less than 600 dollars for a bus and hotel but i'm having some serious problems finding a legit payday loan (that only requires a savings account i do not have a checking) or a bank loan. My credit isn't bad but I don't have MUCH of it, infact I only ever financed one thing in my whole life. does anyone know of any loans that are for emergency travel? or loans that you can get VERY FAST (need help getting to a funeral in another city by tomorrow) without alot of hassel? please no spam posts i want real advice, 10 points to the answer that gets me a loan!

applications. I simply thought that you had to click on something surely to agree to the terms and it sort of moduled the loan for you showing how you pay back and so forth ..I filled out 1 application and it said in big bold print "YOU ARE QUALIFIED FOR A PREPAID MASTERCARD WITH A 7,500 CREDIT LIMIT" and then in small print it said they would be taking out of my checking account a 1 time fee of 149.95 within 1 business day..WOAH!! HOLD ON.. no way, that's not what I wanted. It didn't even give me an option to click on to decline it..I tried to call a 800 # but said it was AFTER HRS and I also sent them an EMAIL telling them not to take that $ from my account..they have my routing number and my acct number because like I said I thought I was seeing what the terms would be for a payday loan..any suggestions??I have direct deposit and I am going to EXPLODE if they take that $ out of my account..
I GOT AN E/MAIL CONFIRMATION THAT SAID TO BE SURE TO DEDUCT THE 149.95 FROM MY ACCOUNT ...I TRIED TO E/MAIL THEM BACK AND IT CAME RIGHT BACK TO ME AS AN UNDELIVERABLE MSG. MY ACCOUNT IS BRAND NEW AND I DONT WANT ANY PROBLEMS BUT IT IS MY FAULT FOR FILLING OUT THE INFO THEY ASKED FOR..

I agree with the other posts, continue trying to contact them..... if they say they open at 8 am, I would be calling them starting around 7:58 am so you can be first in line...... if that fails and even if it doesn't, contact or better yet go to your bank and speak with the branch manager tell them what they are trying to do and that you didn't authorize them to process that and see if you can get her/him to give you a statement.... or if it is possible tell them to do a stop payment on the charge.... it usually cost around $5.00 but $5.00 is better than the $149.95. Any card company that has that much of a substansial fee should be closed down in my opionion. I also suggest opening up a new account and transfer everything over to the new account..... as this may not even be a credit card company...... BUT BE SURE you contact the bank so they know you didn't authorize the transaction and that you shouldn't be held accountable if it does go through. If you get ahold of the company tell them that you didn't authorize the process.. and that if they follow through with it you will be taking them to court at their expense plus more for loss time at work etc. Try to cover your bases as much as possible so you will have more of a leg to stand on if something more becomes of this.......

Also, if I may make a suggestion....... NEVER NEVER NEVER do a payday loan..... they have outrageous fees and a extremly outrageous interest rate......... If it is possible borrow from friends and family, even if you have to borrow so much from one and so much from another, this is much better than doing a payday loan........ you may also consider contacting Suze Orman at her site: http://suzeorman.com/ but be prepared for her to say something about the payday loan if you do contact her....... but still have to give her props though..... hope this helps...... don't know what else to suggest other then contacting the company and your bank
